The odds are in your favour that you will get a favourable result as the statistics indicate this. However, there will always be a minority who will be poor / non responders. I would be very sceptical about Dutasteride as it is currently unapproved for treating hair loss so proceed with caution. I don't hear a great deal about Sprio but I think you would be better off with Minoxidil. Rogaine Foam is the best example of this. I noticed this posting today on William Rassman's site - Baldingblog. I normally don't visit this site anymore as I find his views very dogmatic at times. The article shows pictures of a guy finding success between the combined use of laser therapy and minoxidil. I feel that as an adjunct therapy, LLLT is worth a look as I have also had some success with it. Many feel otherwise and I am not looking to start a debate as I stumbled into one on the forum some time ago which acheived nothing. Anyway, take a look
Bear in mind, Rassman is one of the biggest vocal sceptics concerning laser therapy. I appreciate that this is only one patient and that it is far from a conclusive endorsement. Conventional wisdom is to stick with propecia and or minoxidil. This is what I also advise but I'm always interested in a back up option.
