This testosterone does have time after every workout/day to create DHT. But what if after every workout and also every day you use shampoo

I am not a doctor but I do believe that the temporary spike in testosterone levels would not have any significant effect on hair loss, quite similarly to having sex / masturbation. I guess there is always a risk but I personally have done plenty of heavy lifiting over the years (I'm 6ft and about 200lbs with a body fat of about 17%). I would stay away from creatine or testosterone boosting supplements though. Also, it would be prudent to incoporate a cardio regime into your programme.Comment

Your body and hair need Zinc to grow if you are weight lifting get on Zinc your body will need extra amounts during tmies of growing.Comment
