I am not a physician. My opinions and knowledge concerning hair loss and its treatment are based on extensive research and reporting on the subject as a consumer advocate and hair loss educator. My views and comments on the subject should not be taken as medical advice. Always seek the advice of a medical professional when considering medical and surgical treatment.
Doesn’t look good. Go to a doctor and get a prescription.
Spencer is absolutely right. I see way too may guys go to the net to buy finasteride, fincar, finpecia, etc, etc. IT"S DANGEROUS! Not all countries outside North America require an exam and prescription for the medication. And like anything else, there are scams, spams, whams galore, especially in medicine.
But you would think anyone would want to see a doctor for an examination and formal diagnosis of their hairloss. There are many forms of hairloss. Not every alopecia is MPB with genetic implications.

The retail price of Propecia is unfounded in my opinion.
I went to my PCP and explained to her that I have MPB and want to cut Proscar (5mg finasteride) into four pieces because I am not going to pay the ridiculous retail prices.
She in turn has documented my chart accordingly and provides me a prescription for Proscar which I dissect with a pill cutter I bought for a few dollars at the local pharmacy. I pay ten dollars for 30 pills and it lasts me 4 months.

I agree with you too about seeing your own family doctor as the cost savings are significant.
This will be my next course of action when my present supply of Proscar needs re stocked.
