I have been taking Propecia for 15 years and its definitely prevented my hair loss but when I turned 40+ the hair loss started. I literally lost 50% of my hair in 2 years. My Dr suggested adding Dutastride once a week and to take a break from Propecia for 15 days once every 6 months.
Has anyone done this? I did not have any sides from Propecia but I think that it might have given me mild depression. Not really sure as it was over a few years and there were other events in there too. Worried as one of the sides of Dutastride is that.
Dr seems to think that since I was ok with Propecia this should be fine too.
