    hair thinning at crown

hi im 21 and ive observed a thinning hair at my crown since october of this year.

i also experienced some acne suddenly appearing on my scalp and hair breakage.

like some hair that fell out it doesn't have the follicle in it and it seem to have broke in half.

i think most people are alarmed when they first notice hair loss. i'd get on propecia. it works well, especially in the crown. you have a ton of hair. the earlier you start the better. good luck.

thanks for the response. i will look that up. i was alarmed cuz my hairstylist, my brother and other people i knew reacted badly when they first noticed it. they all knew how even thicker it was way back february.

It does look like you've lost some hair, but it doesn't look like something too many people would notice.

Do I see some redness on the scalp?

To be honest I don't see any hair loss ^^!

I would go to a dermatologist if I were you just to make sure.

would hair still re-grow on that area doc? with some treatment or medication?

I'm not a doctor. But I've been around the block a few times.

The pimples can form on the scalp with hairloss. I know I've had them and that they seem to rear their heads if I miss Propecia for a while.

I can see very mild hairloss at the front. If you started taking Propecia the crown is more likely to re-grow hair than the front. If you mean will hair still re-grow despite the pimples, then yes, if you respond well then I don't see why they would prevent re-growth. They aren't damaging.

thanks for that. but i hear there's some side effect to propecia? is that certain? and also will biotin improve my hair condition if i was taking some? ive had very poor eating habit and diet the past 6 months soi thought it had something to do with that.
