Hi Guys,
I had a hair transplant in 2018 - 2900 grafts to the front and middle of my head. I was very happy with the results until the last 4 months where now it seems that the hair on my whole head is miniaturizing including the transplanted hair?
I had my DHT levels checked and they are 0.44 ug/L [Range: 0.33-1.2]
Notes:
1mg finasteride every day
Minoxidil
I started TRT about 7 months ago [my testosterone is in the normal range but my estradiol and Prolactin were slightly above the normal range
I also switched to foam minoxidil 5 months ago and added in Tretinoin into the regiment as well
Any thoughts?
