Hair loss.. need help :)

Hey everyone I live in Europe and lets say that finding hair loss products arent as easy as you would think.. because here just shave their heads when they see theyre becoming bald..
Which is frustrating because I dont want to loose my hair..
I went to see a doctor and she just gave me some pills that Ive been taking for the past 3months and havent done anything to my hair, except that I'm still loosing my hair..
So I was thinking maybe I could find someone here who is in the same situation..
I keep looking online like http://www.amazon.com/ or like this one http://www.twenga.com/ but I'm not sure what I'm actually looking for.. I keep hearing bad things about rogaine, is it true? can someone please give me some advice.. thank you so much

In regards to rogaine and many of the different options for trying to slow down, grow hair back or just keep existing hair everyone will have different results. unfortunately there is no magic pill that everyone can take and all expect the exact results.... Some people will have great results with rogaine for instance and others wont see a thing. Some will find results with a combination of methods while others will try everything and still lose it.... All I can say is experiment and see what works best for you, get advice from a specialist if you want more sold advice.
