    Why is Propecia costing more?

I'm confuse why Propecia is getting more expensive. When I started to use Propecia in 2003 it cost around 50 to 55 for a 30 days. Its now, 65 to 70 for 30 days. Is there any reason why it went up?

It’s just pure economics. You began treatment 5 years ago. Factor in inflation, rising costs of production etc. and this equals price increases for everything, not just pharmaceuticals.

Merck and Co. is now offering programs that might save you some cash. It’s worth as shot to learn more about them.
There is no doubt that Propecia works. The American Hair loss Association recommends this clinically proven, FDA approved hair loss treatment as the first line of attack for any man serious about effectively treating his hair loss. As many of my readers and listeners already know, I credit Merck and Co., the makers of Propecia,...

    Hope this helps.

You could always look into using Proscar which is great value and works the same.
Just have to cut the pill into fifths.

Cutting Proscar up into 5th's can be tricky when you first attempt - Many get frustrated - been there!

Note - 5mg Proscar is A MUCH CHEAPER version of the drug Finesteride. Propecia is 1mg Finesteride and can be pricey. Proscar is 5mg of finesteride and much cheaper -you break it into 5ths and you have the equivalent of "Propecia". 1MG FINESTERIDE

See a quick video i made for cutting "Proscar"(5mg) into "Propecia" (1mg)

Youtube video - "Cutting Proscar into Propecia"

          Hope it helps !

its shockingly expensive in the UK

its just more exploitation of the people. i bet it costs pennies to make as well.

all this for a drug that MAY work. if it was 100% that it stopped hair loss i wouldnt mind so much.
