    Question about Propecia

Hello everyone, my names is michael and I'm 19 (been surrering with hairloss since 16) I posed my story a while back so I wont go throught it again I just had a question I was hoping you could help me with. I've been using rogaine foam for a year now and I've had very good results, my hair has completely thickened up on the top, however I've noticed that it doesn't grow longer than a certain length (1 1/2 inches). So I get the hair around the sides and back cut to blend it in, a few months ago I decided to get it cut short all over to see if that would help it to grow and it did grow back but just to the same length it was to start with.

I also went to see my family doctor about my hairline a few months back as my hairline is still gradually receding, and a few weeks ago I got a call from him saying he will be able to proscribe me propecia which is great news.

So I'm wondering, when I start using propecia will my hair on top grow longer than before, or will the propecia just maintain it and not add and length to it?

    Thanks.

    The meds act differently:
Minox is a regrowth agent and Propecia is a DHT blocker.

Combined together they can help provide a great force against the dreaded curse.

Its a case of trial and error as we all respond differently to meds so you will only know the benefits for YOU after you try them.

Propecia is expensive (1mg. )Ask your doc to prescribe you Proscar (5mg)

Break it down into 5ths you have Propecia
