Ritalin/Concerta vs Alopecia

Hi guys, i take finasteride for 5 years now im 24.
Last week i have known that im ADD, and i need to take Ritalin 10mg at morning and 10mg after lunch time.
Googling i noticed that some people have problems with hairloss when they are taking ritalin.

-Is this side effect is 100% guaranteed? will i have hair loss?
-Is it like a shedding or is permanent? After a while the hairloss stops and everthing is fine?
-Is there a way to handle it? like feed supplementation?

At this point, isn't Ritalin a bit of a draconian ADHD treatment? You should probably be looking into Adderall. Yes, hairloss is a side effect for Adderall as well, but when it comes to helping the left + right sides of your brain actually work together once and awhile, Adderall kicks Ritalin's ass.

Besides, the drug's mechanism is through a "time released amphetamine". Doesn't that sound neat?
