Is this thinning at the crown/diffuse thinning?

    Hey all,

My hairline receded to I guess what you'd call a mature hairline at about 20, and it's been stable for the last ten years. I decided I didn't want to take finasteride unless it started actively thinning. Well, I recently turned 30, and I've started noticing the part in my hair seems a little sparser. Is it time? What do you think? Thanks, everyone.

No, I don't think so. Your thinning area is basically where your hair is parted. Do you have thinning on the sides? Diffused thinners usually have thinning throughout their scalp.
