My hair loss. A lot of hair loss.

Hello, first of all sorry for my expression, I don't speak English very well. I tell you my story.

I am 25 years old, 6 months ago I noticed a great loss of hair in just 3-4 weeks. A very large loss of hair was noted and the density decreased greatly, especially at the front and on the sides at the top but with any receding of the hair line. This loss was accompanied by a constant itching / burning of the scalp.

My scalp was burning for about 3 months non-stop and the hair loss continued but not as much as the first weeks. In the last months the itching has almost disappeared completely and the fall has diminished.

I wanted to see if anyone knows what it could be. I have been told that it may be a temporary fall from stress but I have not noticed new hair growing nor have I been through any stressful period.

If it is a temporary fall, how long would it take for the hair to come out?
because it started 6 months ago and I don't see new hair.

    Thanks.

It seems that you need to change your lifestyle and avoid keeping your scalp dry. Try to get enough sleep and use oil to massage your head every day.
Even after doing all these, I would consider going to a hair specialist near you to stop further hair fall.

I will consider it thanks, but I had not changed anything in my life and the fall started suddenly.
