Am i really going bald? PLEASE HELP IM DYING

As you can see from the title I'm in dire need of help for certain reason I can not visit a dermatologist as of now , now i know nothing can replace a doctors advise but rn anything would do so please anyone am I balding or is it telogen effluvium?

So in my family no one is bald not my grand dad not my great grand dad not my father(he is in his mid 40s and his hairline has thinned and made m shape recently ) , I could say the same for maternal side as well , so I don't think genetics is playing any role in this and up until last 2-3 years I've had quite thick hair with no receding hairline whatsoever.

It so started when after having when after post surgery I had anorexic eating disorder and took one meals or so per day I saw the left of my hair started to create a slight 'm' shape.
Fast forward a few months ,I started eating healthy and the hair started to grow thick again and it was good up until I started eating one meal a day again making my self thin as hell this continued for about 4 5 months and I became almost a stick and I started to see the hair receding . And this time it wasn't growing thick and the receded stayed receded.

As of now my hair is quite transparent and thinning from the fronts and temple area has massively receded on one side .

I wanted to know if this is telogen effluvium and can I get my hairline back using the big threes, im just 17 tho ,or am I really going bald showing mpb

    Please help

friend try Vita A to zee shampoo

You must be very careful to not accentuate the hair loss, and instead, try to disguise it. The name of the game here is volumizing, as you want as little
light to hit your scalp as possible. It all starts with shampoo, obviously. Try Vita A to Zee shampoo, it is 100% organic and made in USA. moreover on amazon, it has plenty of reviews from customers.

It's difficult to tell from the pictures, but you seem to be fine. You're not dying.
