according to literally everyone including my stylist (or whatever you call someone who works at a salon) and dermatologist who even tried to pluck one of the hairs which hurt my hair is fine buuuut im paranoid -

Judging from your pics there appears to be some slight recession in the temple areas over the past 2 years.
If you've been continuously tying your hair tightly back in that same style for that period and beyond then traction alopecia where hair grafts give way due to the constant tight pull could have contributed to any loss.
Try not to tie your hair looser to lessen future risk.
To conclude you do appear to have some slight recession in your temple areas.
Depending on your age, you may have the option of a minor procedure if it bothers you that much or just to move on and monitor for any future loss.
