I've heard some guys claim that Accutane kickstarted or accelerated their Male Pattern Baldness.
However, I couldn't find any proof of accutane actually kickstarting male pattern baldness and so I wanted to ask if anyone on here knows if that's even possible.
I noticed that most of those claims come form guys with a strong family history of balding making me sceptical.
I do believe however that Accutane could accelerate the rate at which hair is lost in people suffering from Androgenetic Alopecia due to the Telogen Effluvium which could arise as a possible side effect.
Does anyone know anything about this?
