Hair you had at age 1 is projection of hair at age 35?

Saw a video on YouTube where a YouTuber named nick shell is claiming that he discovered a theory that hair at age 1 is projection of hair you will have at age 35. He claims the theory to be 80% accurate. Comments on the same? How many of you agree? How many don't?
