Hi everyone
I was looking at Doctor Fellers website today and noticed I am sure not a new technique about the crown or vertex in which he loads grafts on one side (similar to comb overs but not really). Why do more people not do this or is this common place... Seems like a great compromise to cover a large portion area from the crown swirl forward for minimal grafts. I guess if the balding area is huge it may pose issues but seems like a good option after you load up the front third of your hairline
Is this something commonly used placing the grafts and angling them to naturally grow over the balding area to create a larger area of cover versus mimicking swirls using really large portions of grafts
