Anyone have success increasing the dose on proscar?

Been taking 1.25 mg for over a yr now. Still have been losing slowly. Anyone have success increasing their dose to 2.5mg or 5mg everyday? Thanks...

I believe Spencer takes 5mg Proscar every second day

He said hes still slowly thinning in the bald spot on the back but its held up well for over 14 years

That sounds about right. From what I have heard him say, he started taking 5mgs a day and now maintains with about 4 or 5 pills per week. He always recommends that people start with 1mg.

I believe theres some statistics behind it. Also Spencer has his theories. Doctors are clearly the best equipped to advise us about health and dangers with drugs but there are other times where you can use yourself as a test subject

It amazes me the hair industry and how much money is involved

If Histogen actually comes off imagine the pay off. Also dare I say what the cost will be for the treatment.

I am thinking of shaving my head but staying on the meds. Deal with it and move on (to a point). If these other non invasive treatments finally come through in the next ten years then I will sell the house. Its very hard to make a decision on mega sessions when there are so many extremes on results in my opinion
