I always hear that inflamation tends to go hand in hand with male pattern baldness. I'm 18, my scalp is always itchy and flakes a little bit. I'm not sure if this is due to dry scalp because I wash my hair with hot water or if it's inflamation signaling the start of MPB. I have oily hair so I wash it every day.
I have very thick hair and a low hairline, I haven't noticed any visible hairloss or shedding in my crown. Normally I wouldn't be concerned and just write it off as dry scalp but my dad's side of the family tends to go bald very young (the magic age to start losing seems to be 22) although their hairloss always starts at the hairline and doesn't hit the crown until around 30.
My crown tends to get incredibly itchy for a few minutes after I ejaculate. Is this due to a rise in DHT?
