Still shedding 2 months into Minoxidil use

About two months ago i noticed a little bit of hair thinning on the top of my head, I've had very thick hair my whole life so I was concerned. I started using Rogaine and washing my hair with Ultrax shampoo. My shedding, previously unnoticeable, got much worse and the hair on the top of my hair is much thinner than it used to be. It's not bald, and the thinning is just that, thinning, because theres still hair all over my head, so the shedding has just been random hairs falling out while the ones around it are fine, but you can tell that I've lost a lot in a short amount of time. I know shedding when starting treatment is normal, but I'm concerned that I've lost an unusual amount and it won't grow back. The shedding is now less than when it was at its worst, but hair still comes out when I shampoo or run my hands through my hair in the shower.

Has anyone had a similar experience or just have an opinion on what I should do?

Use Nizoral shampoo and give it at least 6 months. Try to let the Nizoral stay in your hair for about 5 min.
