Hairfall almost stopped but fallen hairs never came back
Back in 2016, I experienced extreme stress and trauma and locked myself in my room for about a year and a half. In the beginning of 2017 i started experiencing extreme haifall which contnued to increase all the way to december 2017 (and so did ny stress). Then I joined this forum and started following tips including using coconut oil at night and washing it with a herbal shampoo in the morning. Now my condition is that when I stop doing shampoo, hairfall and dandruff starts again . So I try my best to not miss shampooing. Also, the fallen hair have not come back in the crown area. All other hairs are growing long and thick except the crown ones. Are all these signs still relevant to telogen effluvium ? One more detail : in the past 2.5 years I barely had an hour of sunlight over my head. Someone told me that could also accelarate hair loss, how tru is that? Help would be appreciated
