Here are pictures of me now. How far along is my hair loss? I had been shaving my head bald for a while but started growing it back after my GF begged me to. However, it looks to me like I've lost a ton of hair. Am I being paranoid?

It's hard to tell where you are on the Norwood scale because your head is shaved in the photos, but I would say that your recession puts you at a NW3, but it does look like you have thinning that would put you at the higher end of the Norwood scale. Perhaps even a 6.
You've already shaved your head so you know what you look like. So many hairloss sufferers don't take that step and never actually see what they look like with a totally buzzed head. If your girlfriend prefers you with hair then that could be a sign that you look better than you think you do with it grown out.I am a patient and representative of Dr Rahal
