What type of hair loss do I have?

I have an "island" of hair that is thick on the top and the rest is very thin. My hairline is also very bad and around the island, a new hairline is started to be created.

I usually cut my own hair and create a messy fringe for make it less noticiible(but it is still quite noticeable)
