Receding Temples, MPB or Mature Hairline?

Hi, I am a 21 year old male. I have noticed some recession of the temples and a few miniaturized hairs. My scalp is also itchy at times. I was just wondering if this a mature hairline or if I am balding and should begin treatments.

I can definitely see frontal recession and this is likely to progress, especiallyconsidering your young age. It's worth looking into the treatments at this stage if you want to slow down your loss.
