how hideous is my hair loss?

i attached a pic of my rat's nest. this thing disgusts me every time i look in the mirror.

started thinning in 2013 and never understood why. no family history of hair loss. i don't have very much testosterone.

i can't live my life the way i have the potential to do. i can never go back to the confident and explorative person i was before this crap started dominating my life.
