What exactly is it within finasteride that prevents hair loss? What ingredient is added which effectively blocks and reacts to the DHT that attacks the scalp? I'm curious to know, really confused at how this hasn't been identified or published in the past years to help develop a new prevention or even a cure.
There's clearly some ingredient or chemically altered substance within the drug that inhibits and prevents DHT's access to the scalp. Perhaps we are closer to a new treatment than we think. Maybe our methods of treating and applying the medication is less beneficial than other unconventionally untested and baseless methods.
