21 Male, recent issue, sides of head hair thinning

21, no history of balding. Barber told me sometimes the follicles die when doing skin fades, is there anything I can do to fix this am I going bald? Should I get a longer fade and hope it blends?

Just start a proper nutritious diet and don't take any type of stress . Everything will be fine.
