    Shock loss donor area FUT

    Hi everyone,

As I'm going to hit the 6 months mark in two weeks , I wanted to share some pictures of my shock loss. I start to feel concerned about it and I also consider that shock loss could be a permanent one... I sent those pictures to my surgeon and he wanted to meet me to come down at the clinic for a follow up. Of course it is the thing to do but, because of the distance and I'm very busy as well, it is impossible for me to show up.

Basically, I would like to know if anyone has ever experienced that kind of shock loss so far in the process. When when could consider that's a permanent situation? Your thoughts in general would be highly appreciated as well.

I would also apolozie in advance for syntax and grammar errors because english is not my mother tongue language.

One more precision : 3 pictures have been taken with dry hair and the 4 other ones with wet hair.

    Thanks,

    Dany

It's my understanding that shock loss happens with every surgery. It is also my understanding that shock loss occurs in the donor areas as well as the transplanted hair. The majority will eventually grow back however I believe there is a small % like 10 or something of the shock loss that is permanently gone.
