your crown and frontal areas don't look like you've lost anything. you may have some slight recession in the temple region. if you think you're starting to lose it, check with a doc to get on propecia. you've got a good shot at preventing any future loss.....if you are actuallly losing your hair. -
I think only you yourself would know.
Check your family for the gene etc etc. Don't make the same mistake me and other make and wait before you lost 70% density then start doing something. You might not be losing anything...but try to figure out if you are at risk etc.

Well it all started a couple of months ago when i was stressed out. My hair started shedding and my scalp became really itchy with red lumps forming on it. I heard stress can kickstart MPB. Ever since, i've been suffering with anxiety wondering or not im losing it. THe slight recession at the front could just be what they call a mature hairline?your crown and frontal areas don't look like you've lost anything. you may have some slight recession in the temple region. if you think you're starting to lose it, check with a doc to get on propecia. you've got a good shot at preventing any future loss.....if you are actuallly losing your hair.
Where does the crown start balding? Does it start at the hair sworl? because i have a thin area jsut ahead of it. Im not sure if this is from MPB or from me always plucking hairs looking for miniturization. The thought of going bald really does consume the mind.
My father is NW3 and so is his father but his 2 brothers but not till their 30's. My mothers side her father kept his hair and 7 of her 8 brothers kept their mature hairlines to this day except for one who started going bald in his 20's. My hairline seems to be developing a widows peak and rounded corners/temples just like my mothers and her brothers but i fear i might be expressing the balding gene just like her brother.I think only you yourself would know.

I guess a miniturization mapping study would be the best way to find out if i am or not.Comment

Just keep track of your progress and so on.
It can definitely not hurt to start using nizoral as a shampoo for your hair anyways, 2-3 times a week. Just keep track man.
People lose a LOT of hair before they start doing anything, don't make the same mistake. Also, don't jump on propecia or anything for no good reason. Just keep track at the moment.
I wish you well man, KEEP THAT HAIR.Comment
