Wispy hairs within your normal hair - sign of new growth?

    Hey Guys,

I recently (about 3 months ago) started a new regime. I vowed to not check constantly and let the regime im trying either take or not take.

Ive recently noticed wispy hairs (less then 1cm long and thinner then my normal hair) within my normal hair. I am not sure if maybe i didnt notice them before or they are new.

Could wispy hairs within my normal hair be a sign of new growth? Is there a point at which they'll grow or just stay the way they are?

For what its worth this regime so far has not strengthened the hairs in the front that have become wispier... i thought those would be the first sign my regime was working, hairs that have recently started thinning and becoming limp returning to normal. But ive read thats not the case that those hairs actually take longer to return to normal (or fall out and return as new "normal" hairs) then actually new growth would. Seems strange
Working...
