is my hairline receding?

Hey there Rodix! Welcome to this great forum, BTT!

Your hair ACTUALLY looks very GOOD my friend!
More than likely because you are now 20 years old, you more than likely would ONLY have a maturing hairline.
That happens to most of everyone in life!
You must consider what I am telling you because you DO have a good full head of hair !
Once your into your 20s,
your hairline would NO LONGER look like it did when you were a child and then in to your teen-years!!
Acceptances is VERY important for you and all else in life!

Worry, stress and depression WILL CAUSE a percentage of serious consequences to your hairline and eventually to your health too.
Again, your hair looks great!
I can understand why you were wondering about your scalp.
Your ONLY 20 years oldright now and because you are only 20 years old you do not YET have the proper amount of FORESIGHT available to you yet!
This is a fact of life for everybody.
Im not trying to insult you at all so keep that in mind.
Once you are into your mid to late 20s you will have very good foresight, the ability to predict the consequence of your own actions because your brain growth will have finally finished fully growing due to your Neocortex. The Neocortex WILL help you to understand your life and happiness much much better!!

Short answer is yes. Having said that it's more the rule than the exception to have mild recession at any age besides perhaps the teen years. You have a lot of hair and it's currently thicker than anyone I've seen thats had a procedure. I would keep an eye on it(take pics every three months or so) so you have a baseline. Since you're 20 it will probably recede more. The good news is that your hair would have to recede A LOT more before it would look bad cosmetically. If you're really concerned consult with a doc but I double anyone would recommend surgery to some so young with so much hair. If I could some it up I would say you have great hair for any age and are the only one that thinks you have hair loss. This is the way I felt in my 20's. I always thought I was losing my hair but it was only me that thought so. Again, I might take pics a few times a year to document but would not be concerned nor try and seek treatment.
