    19 Y/O with MPB?

    Hey guys,

My hair is naturally thin, and recently I've been paranoid about whether or not I'm experiencing MPB. I'd be grateful or some feedback!

Looks like some minimal receding at the temples. But without having some photos from years ago to compare it's hard to say. Maybe your hairline has always been like that.

I think I remember my hairline always going up like that at the temples. Sorry, I don't have any older pictures targeted at my temples. Do you think by any chance it could be a mature hairline?

Who knows .. maybe see a doctor who can tell for sure. But I think your hair looks great.

If you don't have a family history of hairloss then its most likely not MPB. All men lose some hair. Its very very rare to see someone at 60 with the same head of hair they had when they were 18. Even guys who wouldn't be considered to have MPB will thin a little and recede to a mature hairline.

General rule of thumb is as follows. The distance between the nostril to chin = distance from
top of nose to hairline. I would have to see your chin, just hide the nose/eyes, etc. if you
need a good opinion/afraid of privacy (understandable).
