Diffuse thinning or crown thinning?

I must add that this is after work in 98 degree weather so I was sweating and I wear a helmet and I when I took the photo I had gotten out of work and went to sleep so my hair is greasy and sweaty from work and sleeping. Does this look normal or is this diffuse thinning or possibly normal thinning.
