Cowlick or bald spot?

Hi,

I recently had my haircut and my hairdresser said I had a cowlick which has never been there before. Was she just sparing my blushes and it's a bald spot or is it a cow lick?

we'll need better pictures. I can see you have dark hair and pale scalp which makes things more noticeable. But apart from that, it looks parted and I can't tell.
