    How Important Is Keto Shampoo?

Am I taking a substantial hit by not using it? Currently using fin and min but hated the effects Nizoral had on my hair. Left it brittle and dry. Do you guys think it's important that I add it back in?

If fin is working for you, then no.
If you feel you are still loosing hair, then maybe.

It is part of the big 3, but the smallest and most insignificant of the 3.

But it has to be doing more than just some ordinary shampoo so it can't just be used as a piece of mind right? For example some say to use nioxin for hair loss or that it can help with thinning but it won't do a whole lot but keto on the other can help against scalp DHT right? Or are they all just the same at the end of the day?

Theres some studies that says it works in humans but theyre not very detailed. I mean it makes sense ketoconazole is an anti androgen.

Propecia is make or break. Out of the big 3 the niz is definitely at the bottom of the 3 its not a big deal really. I think other shampoos are just as good really
