What NW am I? Am I receding?

Only my right temple since it is worse than the left.

Also I am losing lots of hair in the shower, like upwards of 100-150 after not showing for a day or two. However, this has always seemed to be the norm with me..

I dont see any recession. Im no expert. But just monitor it. Don't stress, in my opinion you don't have visible MPB.

I always say this. Being aware of it NOW is good. You'll notice nay change. That means you're ahead of the game. You're aware of what your hairline looks like now (seemingly pre-MPB) so any change that happens, you know it's happening and know how to act.

you can rule out receding if you compare your hairline to one of maybe six months/a year ago.
if your hairline has always been like then that there's no need to worry.

Based on the photos, a Norwood II would seem to be the pattern. You may be receding if you are age 18 to 26.
