Everything is off. Even his hair color. Hair is brown, wet and clumping together in before pic. 4 months later his hair is black, almost all dormant hairs have magically come back to life and grown fully pigmented terminal hairs that are multiple inches long- defying nature.
If a hair follicle has miniaturized to the point hair isn't growing, it would take several cycles of peach fuzz, for that follicle to produce a terminal hair. Meaning, over a year for a miniaturized hair follicle to grow a terminal hair.
From the posts I've read, Pavi uses Rogaine/Minox for all those wondering what his miracle regimine is.

True but why would he lie about getting results on minox?

My routine is min 2 times a day, keto 1% every other day, LLLT lasercomb every other day and viviscal 2 times daily. I'm not lying about this and the fact that you think I am makes me feel so good about my progress. Since the lighting isn't the same it may appear a different color but it's not. I also do not take any DHT blockers (fin, RU, CB)

Not saying he's lying to us, I think he's lying to himself. Trying to feel good about his hair loss. Wouldn't be the 1st guy. Hair just simply doesn't grow that fast but comparing wet hair to dry hair, under different lighting will make it seem like there's hair growth which feels good. Nothing wrong with it, happens to all of us at first.

Regenpure DR which is 1% keto. I'm thinking about getting the 2% keto though, as that's been shown to grow the same amount of hair as 2% minoxidil

Nice, ive been debating on whether or not to buy some regenpure and I think I am. Would you say the regenpure makes your hair a little thicker and does it make your scalp itch or irratate it in any way? And have you noticed any shedding?

It seems to dry the hair a little and no I didn't shed on it. Overall, it's a good buy
