Using 2 shampoos bad idea?

Is it bad to use two shampoos and a conditioner when showering or am I causing more damage?

I dont think shampoo makes any difference really long term. It cleans your hair so do it 10 times if you like doing it.

Ya i ddoubt it makes a difference might dry out your hair but probably wont speed up mpb.
