How bad am I receding? I've only just turned 20 what can I do?

I've only just turned 20 and my hairline has become really noticable. My hair has always been really thin and even just rubbing my head a bit causes me to shed a lot of hair!

I can't do much with my hair because of the way it is, the only option I really have is to have it short!

Is there anything I can do to stop this?

Well you can try propecia (and if you're lucky it will stop your hairloss) and rogaine (usually for regrowing hair on the crown part).

Propecia might help you keep the hair you have in your 30s, 40s or even longer. And believe me, at 35 or 45 you'll be happy to have the hair you have now.

If you get on drugs to maintain then maybe get a ht, it doesnt look tooo bad though
