    It is time

    Hi all,

19yo male, thinning all over scalp, very visible on sides, visible on top when hair is wet. Scalp feels like it's burning, lots of itchiness and dandruff.

After gathering lots of info it seems like MPB is possible but TE, SD, Trichodynia etc. seem like possible causes too. (Known to have nutritional deficiencies and stress, hair loss doesn't look like classic MPB)

Will try the following experimental "regime" for 5 months(starting in February):
    • QUIT MY JOB(I'm doing a full time Bachelor and part time job atm, approx. 60-70 hours a week of work, I'm trying to get really high grades)
    • EAT CLEAN
    • GET FIT
    • DECREASE STRESS
    • GET OUTSIDE

If I have any stress induced or nutritional deficiency hair loss, then this regime should fix it. Otherwise I will get on the big 3 in July and try to tackle it that way.
Gonna stay away from the forums for a few months as well, it only makes me more worried to be on here
Expect me back in 5 months with an update

    Cheers

If those are the causes of your hair loss it should stabilize your loss. But probably won't grow your hair back.
      Good luck!
