Why is everyone so down on this form of treatment? I could cite numerous studies from the past five years that show LLLT is effective at growing and maintaining hair in individuals who respond to the treatment.

Obviously LLLT will not work for advanced hair loss.... not much does in 2015 besides hair transplantation.

So, what is the beef with LLLT? Obviously using LLLT with minoxidill and propecia is best but why does everyone hate on it?

because it simply does not work.. it may help stimulate already functional follicles that are growing terminal hair, i.e. speed up existing hair growth, but show me a conclusive study that shows it keeps hair in anagen, or that it has anti-androgenic applications... LLLT is complete crap. sorry.
