    What do I do now?

So I am 25 and believe I am balding. My hair is much thinner.

If you think I am balding what is the next step.

    Thanks in advance

Finasteride 1 year. If gets worse, dutasteride another year. If gets worse, hope something new is around by then. Minoxidil too if you can be bothered smearing messy shit on your head twice a day and waiting for it to dry, but it's much more of a hassle than a daily pill.

Looks like slow non aggressive aga. In most people Propecia will wreck that and you'll maintain for a long time.

Key here is "most people". James can attest it certainly doesn't work for everyone. It is your best shot though.

Well, your crown looks fine. You have slight hairline recession; something totally normal for a 25-year-old male. Your case is unique, but minoxidil can help thicken it, although you may not notice the benefit until six months to a year.
