I found white bulbs at the root of the shed hairs

I don't really have much dandruff problem, but I do use keto 2% shampoo twice a week. I just found white bulbs attached to the root of the hair that I shed, what does it mean?

My case is a typical Male pattern baldness. My hair had been stable for the last 12 years while I was on fin, only a few months ago I took dut that I began to shed a lot of hair and experience Telogen Effluvium.

What are these while bulbs? Are my hair follicles plugged? I'm taking fin daily without taking dut now.

It's normal. It's the hairs bulb. It's like a embryo sack.

When I first experienced TE almost 2 years ago I noticed every hair had these white bulbs on the end... but since then, every hair I "pull out" that is, if I slightly tug on my hair has a white bulb, while those that shed naturally, through combing do not. I don't think anyone fully understands the link between TE and those keratinized bulbs or if it's just excess sebum... don't worry too much. If you have TE, YOU WILL KNOW IT!
