It's never made me impotent at all. My erections are still the same as before. Most men don't get any impotence. You just read the hundreds who do online. The other million plus on Propecia are out living.

As for deformed baby. That can happen only if SHE touches it. It doesn't spread through your semen and has never in history ever caused that by a man using the drug. That's a fact.

The one deformed baby case was by a girl who was taking it. Of course that would mess up a baby like many other meds can if taken during pregnancy.

Didn't search for it online really it's just a possibly possible side effect so it take it as a side effect. But for that i couldn't really imagine my dick not working along, not even in 60 years.
Only problem is if i would get reformed children or no children once on finasteride.

Won't happen lol. If you get sides just stop and they'll go away. The permanent sides are extremely lottery winner rare, and still haven't been proven they were caused by the drug in even a single case.

Although I do believe pfs is real and I feel awful for those with it, it's incredibly rare. Better odds getting hit by a car.

We do need a better treatment but for now it's fin or bald. There is nothing else.

baldingeagle...what type of generic finasteride do you use? im thinking of giving FIN a third chance but will start by using only twice weekly then maybe later 3 times a week I certainly cannot take it everyday anyway which is a bummer...I was using "proscalpin" 1mg.. have you gotten those Before? do you use finpecia or something else? appreaciate the response! if FIN dont go too well for me then im gonna get some oral spiro to treat my hairloss impotence is fine by me since im still a Virgin

I get it from my doctor and pick up at Sams club. I get 1mg pills x30 for 30$

Btw Propecia has never made me inpotent, if it did I'd quit since I'm only 26 and married. It does make me crave sex probably 20-40% less, which has its ups and downs. But I've never failed to perform for my wife.

I was getting a bit down but I'm doing better. My wife and dermatologist both say I've had very visible results in only 3 months, which is obviously a great sign.

My hairline is thickening a lot but not lowering. But im perfectly happy getting density all over my scalp. After a year ill probably get 1200 grafts to reinforce it with doctor Shapiro in my area. Then I'll be happy with that and replace fin and min when new treatments come

I sleep with my wife between 4-6 times a week. Sometimes two rounds. My lust for sex decreased but my sexual performance is the same. Erections the same, my ejaculate is a bit watery though.

Update:

Officially been 90 days on adding Propecia to my Rogaine and Nizoral.

All of my lower libido seems to have vanished this third month, no sides at all right now.

Hairline has slightly but noticeably thickened, hair looks and feels better, some small (colored yay!) hairs in temples growing.

Crown is much improved at the swirl.

Here are the crown pics, I'll add hairline later. Hair is same length in both pictures, I use a clipper on highest guard.

I see a lot more skin, especially at the cowlick on day 1.

I wanted to add that it really seems like finasteride seems to be a lot more effective for me than minoxidil, took min for a year and the 3 months of fin has done more than min ever did for me.

That said I'll keep using both anyway, buying precious time for a better treatment.
