You are definitely losing your hair. See a dermatologist to figure out why, but it is most likely AGA. Once that's been confirmed, get on Proscar, Rogain, and Nizoral 2% immediately. I started losing my hair at about your age, and I still have a lot of hair because I got on those three drugs quickly. And remember: A really good treatment is probably only 5-15 years away - you'll keep a lot of your hair, and just when you get to the point where you need more, there will be better treatments - maybe even a cure.

Your crown is thinning for sure. You're look for people to tell you that you're not losing your hair. My opinion from your one pic is that you are. I'm not a doctor, so I can't say why it's thinning - see a dermatologist and get a professional opinion. Trying to convince yourself that you aren't isn't helpful - if it is AGA, then getting on the right drugs immediately is the best corse of action.

definitely AGA. thats how mine got started 10 years ago. I chose not to use any drugs and now I am nw5. it starts with thinning at the crown then spread to whole scalp and eventually become diffuse thinner. no exit
