Seems like my hair is thinning near my crown does it look this way?

So I've posted once before and people thought my hair seemed fine, but here is what it looks like 6 months later. Again I'll say my dad started losing hair at 30.Anyway the past few months I have noticed my hair is starting to form a swirl. If this is the start what should I do?
