Shedding Anagen hairs ??!!

This is getting super overwhelming now.. At the one year mark on fin I experienced burning sensations on my scalp and severe hair shedding. I've been shedding terribly and receding for about 11 months now.. I just combed my hair and amount the hairs that came down, I noticed there was an Anagen stage hair..... What the hell is happening to me......

Edit: I keep getting these pimple like sores in my hairline that itch and drive me insane. For some reason, they will not go away.. It's almost like my hairline is receding towards them.
