Loss on sides = mpb ?

Hi , I'd just want to have an opinion .
Does this kind of loss happens with mpb ?

I thought in mpb the sides weren't affected that much .
I've got that plus diffuse loss on ALL the scalp including the back and bss all over.

MPB can effect the entire scalp. Some people do suffer with loss in the temporal area and on the sides of the head.

It is relatively common for a patient to have some hair loss and receding in the lateral hairline and at the same time the temporal areas. If a patients is condidering hair restoration and has hair loss in both the lateral hairline and temporal areas I generally recommend doing some restoration to both areas. If the hairline only is restored and the temporal are not addressed it can look a little unusual and actuallu draw attention to that area.
