    Alternative method for hair loss

I used the medication way to fight my hair loss before with side effects that some of us eventually gets.

I used minoxidil before with good results regarding regrowth, but the side effects where not worth it (rashes, headache, wrinkles)
Since i thought my hair loss was so called (genetic), i thought the only way was medication to fight it.
A time ago i started to change my diet for health reasons, with a lot of green juicing and after research that it also strengthens the hair.
I started to combine the juicing with https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TfLkf5hn9aM
for trial and this remedy helped me with regrowth after 6 weeks.

At least give it a shot if the meds doesn't meet your expectations.

I'm sorry to hear you got sides with minoxidil. Have you tried finasteride? It's pretty effective at halting hair loss.

I wouldn't put a lot of faith into alternative hair loss treatments, most of them (read: all) are pretty much snake oil. Maybe they make your hair feel better but they won't stop your balding.

Well it helped me so i´m going to continue using it.
Snake oil for me was minoxidil, and the alternative way is for us that cant handle the medical way.

I´m glad if finasteride helps you and many others, but for me this remedy works.

I would agree on a part that nature has remedies that can reverse or prevent hair loss. However, I would not be in complete agreement, when it comes to genetic hair loss. I mean, you can’t alter your genes, could you? Then, how you can rely on natural medicines to help counteract an inherited hair loss trait. I am happy this is working for you. But are you sure your hair loss was not hormone driven and only genetic one? There are many factors that can attribute to hair recession or massive hair fall and heredity is not always 100% responsible for baldness. Natural alternatives are the best, if you try patiently and consistently, but in case of genetic loss, finasteride works best for short term at least in my experience. Hair transplantation is the ultimate long term goal.

Should have put i think instead of so called.
Only thing i know is that on both sides of my family suffers from hair loss.
The thing is i gave up trying to fight the hair loss long time ago due to the side effects.
As we looked for green recipes for our juicer, we saw that a lot of the recipes were helpful for the hair and therefore i read more what possibilities there are.
Was surprised because i already have a lot of hair loss and suddenly new hair was growing, that's why i joined this forum.
I´m going to take pictures and follow it up here constantly.
Maybe it helps others that for reasons cant use medication.

Took a couple of pictures with my phone.
One from the top and the from front with flash.

The new hair is blonder as it used to be before, and they grow a lot faster then my (dead) hair.
See if i can zoom in better tonight with a camera for the small ones close to the scalp, and also take better pictures from distance as reference pictures for progress reasons.
