Ok so it's been almost 10 years since I started to fight with hair loss.
for a last couple of years I had the itchiest scalp, luckily saw palmetto helped that a lot. I know for sure because I stopped taking it for 15 days and the itch started to come back, I started taking it again and the itch is gone.
I also used daily fin and 2 pills of dut a week but they do nothing for the itch.
recently I started a new diet, its been about 3 weeks and I already lost 16 pounds.
but I noticed after 2 weeks, my hair shedding almost 80% decreased. normally it's the opposite way for people who are on a diet.
what I basically do is I cut carbs to a minimum, taking them from vegs and fruit only. I miss pasta pizza and burgers too much
carbs supposed to be good for hair since they have B12 as far as I know so that's also strange.
I eat a lot of proteins and a lot of fish. I don't eat sugars.
so I am wondering if the decrease in shedding is related to my new diet because other than that there's nothing new.
I also eat kiwi daily, can it be it? or is it the absence of sugar and carbs? does anyne have an idea?
